Job Description
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and IT solutions.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects such as financial applications CRM systems and AI development
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies
- Design and implement IT solutions to meet business needs
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
- Set up and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Support enhancement projects and maintenance activities
- Prepare documentation and training materials for endusers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT applications
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Information Technology Business Administration or related field
- Around 10 years experience an IT Business Analyst
- Indepth Equities High Touch Program trading and Market Connectivity business knowledge
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding in Java SQL FIX message protocol Chronicle Queue
- Familiarity with AI development and CRM systems is a plus
- Understanding of Java will be a plus
- Able to speak Mandarin and willing to travel to Shenzhen occasionally will be advantageous
