We are now on the lookout for a customerfocused CPD Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team inSouthampton!

This is aparttime (15 hours/week) andtemporary (6 months) role that offers the chance to join a global IT engineering company with nearly 27000 employees worldwide. You will also benefit of flexibility in terms of working schedule.

As a CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Admin Assistant you will play a crucial role in enhancing our outreach effortsspecifically by targeting consultants and other key professionalsimproving course attendance and strengthening client relationships.

What kind of work will you be doing

  • Organise and arrange all thermal and power CPDs this will include managing diaries of the sales and application engineering teams.
  • Reaching out to new and existing customers.
  • Booking and arranging the CPD.
  • Following up with certified certificates and a few other admin support activities for the telemarketing team.
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of CPD courses in person and online.
  • Make contact by telephone with specifically targeted customers a warm database.
  • Arrange for the sending of appropriate introductory emails invites and sales meetings.

What do we need from you

Must have excellent telephone manner be confident and have strong communication and customer service skills.

Strong ICT Knowledge Outlook Word Excel and using collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.

Team working in a salesoriented environment.

Effective time management.
