Shape the Future of Exams Delivery Join Us as Exams Operations Manager in Alexandria Egypt
We are seeking a strategic and detailoriented Exams Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and compliant delivery of highstakes examinations.
The Exams Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth compliant and customerfocused delivery of exams across all stagesbefore during and after test day. This role oversees the implementation of standardized procedures to meet operational targets coordinates logistics and adapts plans to meet customer expectations while maintaining quality and costefficiency. It involves leading and developing a highperforming team managing daytoday operations and ensuring consistent service delivery. The role also includes resolving complex customer issues maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and representing the organization professionally at events. A key part of the role is ensuring compliance with exam board standards and corporate risk protocols monitoring adherence training staff and preparing contingency plans. The manager is also responsible for controlling operational costs ensuring value for money in procurement and conducting regular financial and performance reporting to support strategic decisionmaking.
About You
You have a university degree and at least two years of relevant experience in exams operations along with proven ability to manage small teams or demonstrate leadership potential. Youre fluent in both English (minimum B2 level) and Arabic with strong communication problemsolving and IT skills. You bring a customerfocused mindset experience working in complex international environments and the ability to prepare and present reports and analysis. Ideally you also have experience with IELTS systems (such as ORS IWAS IAM EQCS) and knowledge of UK exam board regulations.

This is a oneyear fixedterm role based in Alexandria Egypt (Pay Band 6G). Applicants must have the legal right to work in Egypt. Closing date: 31 May 2025 (23:59 Gulf Standard Time).
