About the role:
- Seeking a skilled Associate or Senior Associate to become a key member of the real estate finance practice.
- Engage in diverse real estate finance transactions encompassing secured and unsecured facilities syndicated club and bilateral arrangements both domestic and international.
- The practice covers substantial real estate debt deals including largescale syndicated financings development funding and nonbank lending structures (such as senior debt mezzanine unitranche and more).
- Be part of a supportive national team working on compelling legal matters across the real estate finance spectrum.
The ideal candidate:
- Experienced Associate or Senior Associate (38 PQE) with proven banking and finance experience coming out of a reputable specialist mid or toptier practice.
- Real estate finance experience is highly regarded.
- Relevant legal qualification/admission with strong academic results;
- The ability and resilience to thrive in fast paced dynamic work environment.
