The role
Were looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our Value NSW team. This is a key role supporting the transition from the legacy ValNet platform to the modern Val IQ system.
We are looking for a talented systems administrator with experience documenting and mapping processes triaging support requests and working crossfunctionally to support business continuity in a dynamic environment.
Youll work across system configuration user support risk management and performance analysis to ensure system stability and continuity of services. Youll also provide technical advice to the business help coach internal super users and support collaboration with vendors and clients.
What you will bring to the role
Experience with enterprise systems administration system design and risk analysis
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong stakeholder and vendor engagement skills
Excellent communication problemsolving and documentation capabilities
A proactive mindset with an ability to coach and support others
Essential requirements:
Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in IT systems administration or related fields
Experience supporting system transitions or upgrades in a large organisation

Monitoring assurance and governance pertaining to the quality of the valuations undertaken relevant to both the Valuation of Land Act 1916 and the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991.
In addition VNSW provides other specialised valuation activities services and determinations for other cluster or statewide government partners including being responsible for the delivery of all valuations for government property transactions as defined by the Government Property Framework and Treasurers Directions as well as more than $84 billion in government asset valuations for financial accounting purposes.
