Tasks
As a (Senior) Back-End Developer youll play a key role in designing and building the backbone of our procurement solution.
- Build scalable backend services using Python (Django REST Framework)
- Take ownership of technical and architectural decisions
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers and product team to deliver user-centric features
- Automate workflows through CI/CD and infrastructure tools
- Participate in design discussions code reviews and sprint planning
- Drive technical improvements and suggest new ideas we love initiative!
Requirements
- 2 years of backend development experience with Python ideally with Django REST
- Strong grasp of modern backend architectures (e.g. service-oriented or modular monoliths)
- Experience with Git workflows CI/CD tools and code reviews
- Comfortable working in remote-first teams (Slack Notion async culture)
- Experience with AWS or other cloud services is a plus
- You enjoy autonomy taking initiative and working in a dynamic startup environment
