About the role:
- Join an established Corporate & Commercial Team who focus on mergers & acquisitions commercial contracts and corporate governance with opportunities to work in emerging sectors such as digital assets and fintech
- Diverse clientele including ASXlisted companies financial institutions and startups
- Work on national and crossborder matters
The ideal candidate:
- At least 4 years PQE with solid experience in corporate/commercial matters in Australia
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university
- Genuine emotionally intelligent person who brings an approachable presence to a closeknit team
