Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Cylinder Control Auditor to join our team located in SLC UT. The Cylinder Control Auditor is responsible for the administration and analysis of Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. West Region Physical Cylinder Audits and centralizing and standardizing control of the cylinder audit process.

What you will be doing (1st shift):
- Perform physical cylinder audits for customers as requested by the sales team accounts receivable team or Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Cylinder Tracking team. This includes preparing the audit form visiting the customer and counting the cylinders on customer sites.
- Perform paper audits of cylinder history which includes researching the cylinder history in CU CU Image Viewer TruTrak and JDE.
- Work together with the Territory Manager General Sales Manager and AR Manager on appropriate resolution for cylinder discrepancies.
- Enter audit findings in CU and TruTrak to reconcile the balances.
- Prepare credit requests and loss of use documentation for accounts receivable.
- Work with customers to resolve cylinder issues and negotiate loss of use charges and open rental invoices.
- Reduce the number of negative cylinder balances for the LG&E South Region.
- Understand the cylinder barcoding process and bar code cylinders as needed during audits.
- Review all inhouse accounts monthly and work with the branches to ensure no cylinder balances have being posted on the house accounts such as CAXXX SUXXX etc.
