Southern Traditions Window Fashions is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for both our clients and our team members. We have an immediate opening for an outgoing and organized Client Manager for our Greenville location. This team member will be our Showroom Consultant while ensuring an excellent customer experience for our new and existing clients. As Client Manager you will play a key role in establishing strong customer relationships and contributing to the success of our sales team in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist showroom visitors with product selection
- Showcase features and benefits of our window fashions product lines
- Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships with current clients and new prospects
- Field inbound phone calls and schedule sales appointments
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce QuickBooks and other systems
- Facilitate smooth communication with clients by providing timely updates and excellent service
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and workspace
- Perform administrative duties necessary to support the overall business
