As the Property Manager youll be the heartbeat of 1200 Acqua Apartments overseeing daytoday operations and shaping a positive community culture. Your responsibilities will include:- Leading mentoring and inspiring your onsite team
- Driving resident satisfaction retention and community engagement
- Managing budgets forecasting and financial reporting
- Marketing available units and working with the marketing team to execute creative leasing strategies
- Overseeing maintenance and inspections to ensure toptier standards
- Enforcing Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Processing applications conducting moveins/outs and managing lease agreements
- Collecting rent and documentation with precision and professionalism
- Acting as the primary liaison with leadership vendors and housing authorities
What You Bring:- 3 years of experience in multifamily property management
- Class A or luxury apartment experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A knack for problemsolving and independent decisionmaking
- Familiarity with property management software (Yardi preferred)
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
- Availability to work weekends as needed
- A warm approachable and motivated attitude that sets the tone for your team
