Salary:$22.15$26.15 per hour (DOE) / Additional Differentials Must Qualify

Pay Differentials Offered (must qualify through testing or verification):
- Language Translation Bicultural Spanish: $1.00 per hour
- Bimodal Bilingualism ASL Sign Language: $1.00 per hour
- Bimodal Multilingualism ASL Sign Language: $2.00 per hour
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled parttime maintenance worker to join our team. We provide a small shop supplied with tools at a company site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various maintenance tasks including:
Key Responsibilities:
- Repairs to drywall paint windows and doors
- Basic appliance repair
- Landscaping
- Structure maintenance such as cleaning gutters and weatherproofing
- Furniture assembly and office moves.
Qualifications:
- Ability to drive for the company
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Capability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to respond to emergencies during off hours
- Sensible electrical experience/knowledge
- Previous experience in maintenance or related fields is preferred
Conditions of Employment:
- Must pass a clear background check with CACI DOJ & FBI.
- Must possess a valid CA Drivers License current auto insurance and a clean DMV printout (no more than 3 points)
- CPR and First Aid Certified.
- TB Exam and Physical at the time of employment.
Driving Requirement:
This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for business purposes.
- Driving is a required function of this position. Employees must use a personal vehicle that meet all agency requirements including maintaining liability insurance that meets or exceeds state requirements.
- Employees are responsible for ensuring the timely renewal of their vehicle insurance policies and providing updated documentation to the agency to remain in good standing and compliant with position requirements.
Training Provided:
- RCS provides an indepth onboarding and training orientation which includes CPR/First Aid Crisis Communication/ProACT TraumaInformed Care Motivational Interviewing Collaborative Problem Solving introductions to all RCS departments and other valuable trainings.
