COMMERCIAL CLEANER
Position Reports to:
Facilities Manager
Status (Full Part Temp):
FullTime
Schedule/Hours Expectation:
40hrs. wkly. Schedule: TBD
Location:
Gunnison UT.
Position Summary
The Commercial Cleaner is responsible for the general cleaning tasks within the building. They perform a range of duties including dusting mopping sweeping floors and cleaning restrooms. They also make sure common areas stay fresh by performing routine cleaning every day.

- Able to do prolong periods of standing and walking and frequent pulling pushing and bending.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Selfstarter able to identify work that needs to be done and do it without being instructed to do so.
- Ability to work independently and with a team as needed.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs general cleaning and sanitizing throughout the facility.
- Cleans and disinfects bathrooms breakrooms and common areas.
- Wipes and dusts surfaces in facility.
- Vacuums and cleans floors rugs furniture and blinds.
- Empties trash containers into disposal areas.
- Identify potential safety or maintenance issues and report to appropriate supervisor.
- Arrive to work at scheduled time.
- Monitor and order supplies.
- Maintain a positive relationship with employees.
