Job Summary
We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts providing excellent customer service and optimizing client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Nurture and maintain strong client relationships to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate and secure the best insurance coverage for clients
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of policies and endorsements
- Analyze and review coverage and recommend improvements as necessary
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain updated knowledge of insurance products underwriting guidelines and market trends
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to expand the client base
- Provide support and guidance to junior account managers as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products policies and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in industryspecific software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license required
- Holds at least one professional insurance designation required
- Previous experience handling middle market accounts required
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $75k$100k (based on experience)
