About the Role
Were hiring a Tax Manager on behalf of our client a missiondriven public accounting firm focused on delivering hightouch service to private clients and highnetworth individuals. This position is ideal for a CPA with at least five years of experience in tax compliance and planning for individuals estates trusts and partnerships. The role offers flexibility remote work options and a collaborative growthoriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive tax planning and compliance services to highnetworth individuals trusts estates and partnerships
- Develop and implement customized tax strategies to meet client financial goals
- Use tax preparation and practice management software to streamline workflow and ensure accuracy
- Communicate with clients and internal teams using secure digital platforms
- Stay current with evolving tax laws and industry standards
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practice development
What Were Looking For
- CPA designation (required)
- 5 years of experience in public accounting focusing on private client services
- Proficiency with tax software (e.g. Intuit ProConnect UltraTax CS CCH Axcess Tax)
- Experience using cloudbased tools such as TaxDome Karbon QuickBooks Online or Xero
- Indepth knowledge of current tax codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills and a clientfirst mindset
