Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Facilitating customer repairs
- Greeting Customers as they enter the service department
- Communicating with customers throughout the repair process
- Ensuring that customers understand the process from start to repair completion
- Preparing paperwork for customers
- Managing several computer systems simultaneously
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
Service Advisor Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- High School Graduate (GED equivalent)
- Has a great personality
- Can work in a fastpaced environment
- Good organization skills
- Detail oriented and flexible
- Dependable ethical honest accountable trustworthy must be a team player and have a positive attitude
