We are currently seeking an OtC Intern to join Paulinas team in Poland. Your misson : supporting daily operations and month end closing activities within accounts receivable team.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Support daily OTC operations including cash application invoicing and customer account management.
Support monthend closing activities including reconciliation of accounts.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the OTC cycle.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams
Ensure 100% data accuracy in all applied system.
About you :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance Accounting or other related field.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP etc.).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Strong problemsolving skills.
Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written).
English at a communicative level to interact with international teams and stakeholders.
Paid internship for a period of 6 months on contract of mandate.
Office location Przybyszewskiego 56 Bronowice Krakw.
