Were looking for an inspiring and experienced Scrum Master to join our team of established Scrum Masters within our product practice where innovation meets impact. In this pivotal role youll guide one or more squads to deliver cuttingedge digital and data products in close partnership with the business. Working with a mix of inhouse and partner development teams youll champion Agile values remove roadblocks and ensure the team is set up for success.
As a servant leader youll motivate and coach teams through fastpaced delivery embodying the principles of Scrum and Kanban. Youll be the glue that brings people togetherfostering collaboration clarity and continuous improvement. If youre passionate about Agile delivery and helping teams thrive this is the role for you.
What will you be doing
As a Scrum Master youll be at the heart of Agile deliverydriving performance championing collaboration and ensuring your team thrives.
Champion Agile Excellence
Facilitate daily standups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives to keep delivery on track
Guide teams and stakeholders in adopting Agile/Scrum practices to deliver real value to customers
Proactively remove roadblocks enabling teams to stay focused and productive
Foster selforganisation and clarity of purpose within the team
Ensure the team consistently follows Agile principles and best practices
Drive HighPerforming Teams We
Boost team morale efficiency and output by creating an open honest and respectful environment
Act as a coach and mentor supporting continuous improvement and team development
Protect the team from distractions and external interference
Facilitate creative problem solving decisionmaking and conflict resolution
Promote transparency and build a safe space where issues are surfaced and addressed constructively
Lead by example using a servant leadership style to empower and uplift the team
What does it take to be a Scrum Master
Were looking for a passionate Scrum Master with a strong foundation in Agile delivery and a drive for continuous improvement. Ideally youll bring:
Certified Expertise: First or secondlevel Scrum Master certification (e.g. CSM PSM I/II CSP) is desirable
Agile Knowhow: Solid experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum Kanban XP and an understanding of iterative and incremental development
Technical Insight: Familiarity with software development processes and Agile techniques like TDD ATDD continuous integration/testing user stories and pairing
Methodology Awareness: Knowledge of both Agile and traditional delivery frameworks (e.g. Waterfall) with the ability to explain their differences and apply the right approach
Tool Proficiency: Skilled in Agile tools such as JIRA VSTS and Confluence with the ability to tailor their use for team effectiveness
PerformanceDriven: Proven ability to deliver outcomes on time using metrics like velocity burndown and backlog tracking to drive continuous improvement
People Leadership: Experience in daytoday team and stakeholder management with strong communication and coaching skills
Project Management: Understanding of project planning and execution with the ability to manage work to ensure successful timely and budgetconscious delivery
Value Focused: Able to articulate ROI and demonstrate the value of Agile practices and product delivery
