Job Title: Insights and Content Lead (Occupational Health)

Salary:(FTE)

Hours per week: 35 hours per week ( full time) Parttime working hours are also available for this role

Location: At IOSH we embrace hybrid working because we believe its the key to achieving worklife balance strategic success and fostering our collaborative culture. Youll be required to work from our head office in Wigston Leicester a minimum of 2 days per week. The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.

The successful applicant must have the preexisting right to both live and to work in the UK.

About the role

We are looking for an Occupational Health Practitioner to join IOSH at this exciting time as we develop and grow internationally. This is a professional role bringing your experience and expertise of practical application of Occupational health to produce engaging content and supporting the wider business needs.

As an Insights and Content Lead specialising in Occupational Health you will be validating content through thorough research and analysis of latest emerging trends and workplace practices. With both the practical knowledge and the ability to conduct research you will be creating content in accessible formats as well as being involved in making internal recommendations to support the development of briefing papers white papers campaigns and other formats such as guidance articles and online web pages and blogs.

This is an exciting role where you can combine your skills and experience to assist in being apart of an organisation that advocates positive and practical changes in workplace practices globally.

What youll bring

We are looking for an individual with Occupational health knowledge and experience of advice diagnosis and prognosis who has experience in translating technical Occupational Health advice into other forms of communications for a variety of audiences. You will also be selfmotivated and highly organised with excellent written and communication skills.

Essential criteria

Capable of evaluating OH challenges and providing recommendations.

Ability to creatively produce detailed piece of work

Ability to research and translate information into different formats

Can demonstrate specialist in occupational health

Has worked in an occupational health role for at least two years

Level 3 Qualifications minimum in Occupational health public health or related field

Registration with a relevant professional council or professional certification is desirable
