Our team is passionate missiondriven and committed to making a real impact. Were now looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join us onsite as our Executive Assistant & Office Operations Lead.

Summary

In this role youll be a critical support to our CEO and a central figure in keeping the office running efficiently. Youll provide highlevel executive support while ensuring the broader team has the structure resources and environment they need to do their best work. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a missiondriven fastpaced setting takes pride in organisation and attention to detail and enjoys making things smoother for those around them.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Manage the CEOs calendar schedule travel and inbox with a high level of discretion and proactivity
  • Assist with preparation of documents presentations and meeting briefs
  • Help track and follow up on action items priorities and key internal and external relationships
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Office Operations

  • Ensure the office environment is wellorganised wellstocked and running efficiently
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
  • Lead onboarding logistics for new hires and be a friendly reliable point of contact for the team
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed

Culture & Efficiency

  • Support internal communications and companywide updates
  • Help coordinate team meetings workshops and events
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes workflows and how we work together

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in an Executive Assistant Office Manager or similar operational support role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A calm positive cando attitude especially under pressure
  • Highly trustworthy and able to manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency with office tools such as Microsoft Office
