About the role
To support the continued focus of personcentered care within the organisation ARRCS are actively recruiting an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at our Hetti Perkins Aged Home Care Facility.
Located in Alice Springs NT this role will see you responsible for the coordination of our consumers in residential care; the leadership and management of staff (nursing and care assistants) to ensure the delivery of high quality safe personcentred care.
This critical role is being recruited on a permanent fulltime basis and attracts the following remuneration:
The position is also responsible for providing an environment that supports learning oversees education programs and monitors professional standards of practice while providing safe and efficient patient care through the performance development and management process.
This role would suit a Registered Nurse with both clinical and management experience. You will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a multidisciplinary team. You will be hands on in your management style and enjoy providing mentorship and guidance to both your direct and indirect staff.
Hetti Perkins is a 60bed facility and is an Indigenous service home to people from various local communities and language groups. At ARRCS we work with local communities to support and develop an Indigenous workforce with knowledge and understanding to provide culturally appropriate care
