Join our team as a Loan Documentation Prep Specialist. In this role youll be instrumental in preparing and reviewing complex commercial commercial real estate and agricultural loan documentation ensuring compliance with credit approvals and bank policies. This is an inoffice position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and identify loan documents pertaining to all types of loan requests
- Review and understand all types of commercial commercial real estate and agricultural loan terms conditions and financial components as detailed in credit approval documents
- Identify potential problems solutions and any missing documentation required to produce a fully executable closing document package
- Create loan document package for each approved loan that complies with the loans approved terms and conditions as well as bank policy. Documentation may include but is not limited to notes security agreements/mortgages guarantees assignments stock powers account holds UCC filings and subordination agreements closing instructions and other supporting documents.
- Demonstrate a level of expertise of loan documentation language and interact with loan officers to review potential changes.
- Stay up to date on policy and procedure changes
Qualifications:
- Education: An associate degree in a related field such as finance business or accounting is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of four years of experience in lending loan documentation or a closely related area is required.
- Equivalent Combination: A comparable mix of relevant education and handson experience will also be considered.
