Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Job Role

Assists Facility Building Techs in maintaining the building/facility.

Pressure washes.

Paints.

Dusts.

Replaces light bulbs.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Formal Education High School diploma or GED

Experience 12 years

Required / Credentials

Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.

Trade school building construction courses.

Basic construction techniques.

Able to read and understand construction drawings.

Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria

Knowledge of basic computer and internet skills preferred.

Updating of Knowledge

Job requirements do not significantly change over time.
