Position Summary Provides complex administrative support for executive members of the People & Culture executive leadership team.Develop and maintain a deep partnership with the Executive Assistant and Dir Business Operations for the Chief People Officer as well as other members of People & Culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential administrative support to the People & Culture Leadership team (excluding the Chief People Officer).
  • Coordinate schedules for meetings arranges appointments schedules visitors maintains calendars and plans travel.
  • Performs complex duties that vary in methods procedures and standards.
  • Manage correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Make travel arrangements for the People & Culture Leadership team (excluding the Chief People Officer).
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and protect highly confidential corporate information.
  • Coordinate logistics associated with Executives rhythm of business.
  • Event planning and support for department related events team all hands and other related activities.
  • Exercises judgment aligned with BeF5 and LeadF5 behaviors.
  • Works independently under instructions in a fastpaced environment.
  • Partners with assistants and coordinators throughout the company sharing knowledge and resources.
  • Responsible for upholding F5s Business Code of Ethics and promptly reporting violations of the Code or company policies.
  • Performs duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum twoyear degree preferred
  • 7 years of experience in the administrative field supporting senior leaders; hightech background a plus
  • Experience in understanding and navigating businessspecific functions to accelerate problemsolving and proactive tasks
  • Advanced skills in Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint
  • Must have initiative and be able to exercise judgment
  • Must have the ability to complete tasks without /detailed instructions
  • Project management skills are desired
  • Must be detail oriented prompt flexible and dependable.

The annual base pay for this position is: $93910.00 $140866.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience geographic locations and market conditions as well as to reflect F5s differing products industries and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
