Job Summary:
Were looking for a driven and personable Migration Specialist to join our team. In this salesfocused clientfacing role youll introduce prospective customers to our pet services software lead product demos and ensure a smooth onboarding experience postpurchase. While the core focus is on sales and onboarding this role offers the opportunity to evolve into broader client relationships or success functions over time so a customer success background is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage in outreach efforts to promote our software to prospective clients
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations that highlight our softwares features benefits and value
- Guide new clients through postsale onboarding and training to ensure a smooth and confident start
- Promote adoption of our integrated payment processing solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for up to 6 months postlaunch to support longterm success retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to support client goals and identify opportunities for deeper product adoption or account expansion
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience in a techbased environment; customer success experience is a plus
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills Able to assess situations make informed decisions and adapt to challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills Comfortable engaging with clients and internal teams to ensure positive outcomes
- Selfsufficiency and attention to detail Able to manage time prioritize tasks and work independently with a high level of accuracy
- Goaloriented and resilient Driven to meet sales targets comfortable handling objections and persistent in following up with leads
- Empathy and clientfocus Understands client needs and creates a supportive onboarding and adoption experience
- Coachable and curious Open to feedback and eager to grow skills and product knowledge
- Technical proficiency Quick to learn and navigate modern software tools

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherworks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses long term incentives a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
