**Hourly Wage Range:** Starting at $13.00 per hour plus commissions (actual pay will vary by State and store location).

**Responsibilities:**
Greet and assist patients/customers identifying their needs for an easy experience.
Help customers choose eyewear based on budget and eye care needs.
Troubleshoot prescriptionrelated issues and resolve complaints effectively.
Achieve sales goals while adhering to company policies and quality standards.
Perform basic housekeeping duties customer repairs and lab responsibilities.
Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and maintain brand standards.
**Qualifications:**
1 year of customer service experience in a retail setting exceeding sales goals.
Ability to multitask prioritize and communicate effectively in a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Passion for exceptional customer care and schedule flexibility.
