Ferguson is currently seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator within the Integrated Planning division to join our team! The ideal candidate is an energetic and highly motivated individual who takes an optimistic approach to new challenges and embraces the Companys strategic vision; a person that thrives when working in a fastpaced and highly collaborative team environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Update purchase orders to ensure accurate information is seen by the replenishment system
  • Run reports and update system settings to facilitate transfers of product from distribution centers to stocking branches
  • Review and update open transfer orders to enable timely shipping of products
  • Other reporting to facilitate high service levels to our branches and customers and to aid in reaching company inventory management goals
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting through various processes to DCs buyers and management
  • Communicate problems as they occur to management
  • Generate transfer orders for excess inventory to meet inventory objectives
  • Support the updating of accurate product cost information in the system
  • In addition to the essential job functions listed perform duties as requested by management

Other

  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service
  • Abide by all policies rules and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules regulations and procedures
  • Support corporate programs goals and initiatives of the company
  • Work overtime as needed

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Working daily in Microsoft Outlook Teams and Excel including some functions
  • Ability to research on the Web
  • Stong oral and written communication skills math skills and the ability to work independently on given tasks.

Physical Requirements:

  • Vision: minimum vision required to prevent injury from oneself and others

  • Talking: expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word
  • Lifting small weighed objects constantly; 10 pound objects frequently and 20 to 30 pound objects occasionally

Pay Range:

$15.00 $23.79

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
