Job Description
We are searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our APAC Talent Acquisition Team in Pune.
This is a 1year timelimited contract position.
The Global Centre Talent Acquisition Team delivers highquality recruitment services to DNVs departments across all APAC countries. In this role you will provide ongoing recruitment expertise to Business Area Senior Managers and HR Managers ensuring the continuous improvement of our recruitment practices and hiring success. Many of our internal customers are worldleading experts in their fields. Therefore it is critical to build and maintain strong relationships not only with candidates but also with business partners and stakeholders.
A customercentric mindset cultural awareness and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet organizational goals are essential for this role. As a member of our Talent Acquisition Team you will collaborate with over 15 recruitment professionals.

Qualifications
About you for Candidates:
To maximize your chances you need:
- You have 58 years of recruitment experience preferably in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Experience recruiting for roles in the South Asia region is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects set priorities and collaborate with various internal client groups.
- Previous experience sourcing candidates through different social media platforms and tools.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (ORC) and sourcing tools.
