A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Field Manager youll report to the Maintenance Operations Manager in our Greater Omaha Landscape Management Branch. Youll help lead and support our Field Team keeping focus on our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest.
YOUR IMPACT
o Lead a team of between five and fifteen people hold scheduled 1:1 meetings with all direct reports and model what it means to be a manager in line with our purpose vision and values
o Uphold and model a safetyfirst approach ensuring adherence to company safety policies while providing training and recognition for positive safety practices
o Work with crews and Account Managers to maintain the level of quality of Mulhalls Landscape
o Manage crew routes including modifying routes based on new work and cancellations
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
o A passion for growing a career in concert with the natural world
o 5 years of landscape experience
o A steady leader who anticipates problems and ensures the job is always done right
o The ability to independently coordinate the activities of multiple landscape crews
o Experience in leading a team in landscape property management custodial service or other similar spaces
o OSHA 10Hour Certification
o Chemical Applicators License
o Spanish and English language skills preferred
o 3 years of safe driving experience
