Location: Portland Oregon (based out of Vancouver branch)
Recruiter: Bloom Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a respected Pacific Northwest commercial landscape provider to hire a Tree Care Account Manager.
Embrace Growth in the Green Industry:This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the tree care division of a $35M landscape company. As Tree Care Account Manager youll work directly with leadership to build the foundation of a department ready to scale. Theres revenue already on the books and a longterm transition plan in place youll step into a growthminded role with autonomy and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of tree care operations from sales and client relations to crew supervision
- Build and manage a book of business across Portland and surrounding areas
- Propose and implement pruning removals and plant health care solutions
- Schedule and oversee safe and efficient tree care operations
- Develop full tree care plans including GPS mapping and longterm recommendations
- Ensure proper use maintenance and safety of all tree care tools trucks and equipment
- Oversee snow operations routing ticketing and event prep as needed
- Collaborate with the maintenance division and communicate job schedules
- Attend client meetings walkthroughs and deliver clear scopes of work
- Drive profitability while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence
Qualifications:
- ISA Certified Arborist (or ability to obtain within first 12 months)
- 2 years of professional tree care experience
- Strong sales and marketing background within green industry services
- Proven ability to lead crews and deliver on safetyfirst operations
- Working knowledge of pruning rigging tree health risk assessment and removals
- Comfortable managing accounts and communicating directly with clients
- Ability to schedule track and manage tree work effectively
- Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
- Techsavvy with basic knowledge of software GPS and reporting tools
- ISA TRAQ and TCIA CTSP certifications encouraged
Rooted in Opportunity:
The role is based out of the Vancouver branch serving the Portland metro and south to Salem. Youll work outdoors in a dynamic handson environment while helping shape a new service line from the ground up.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $80000$100000
- Commission Potential: $10000$20000 in Year 1 (with room for significant growth)
