How You Will Achieve It
Marketing Excellence Curriculum Development and Delivery:
Leverage Marketing Expertise: Utilize your extensive marketing knowledge and expertise to create highquality educational content that reflects current industry standards and practices
Create Content Outlines: Develop detailed content outlines that align with the marketer capability profile and curriculum ensuring clarity and coherence in the learning materials.
Understands local market dynamics to translate to relevant learning content and communications
Be a credible experienced Marketer in delivering engaging training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of marketing community
Communication and Engagement Strategy:
Develop and lead communication strategies to effectively disseminate information across the marketing community.
Lead the development and execution of engagement strategies to promote active participation in Marketing Academy initiatives.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages marketers to engage in learning journeys.
Design and implement incentive programs to drive marketer involvement and enhance their learning experiences.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and engagement efforts making adjustments as necessary.
Marketing Community Engagement:
Lead efforts to enhance peertopeer engagement within the marketing community.
Organize and facilitate events workshops and forums to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Act as a liaison between different marketing teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in community activities.
Qualifications
MustHave
Bachelors degree (BA/BS) required with minimum 8 years of marketing experience at the global regional or country level.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
Proven excellence in live presentations and public speaking.
Skilled in crafting educational and engaging content for marketing professionals.
Proven strategic leadership across crossfunctional teams including inmarket and abovecountry/regional experience.

Strong ability to collaborate across functions and lead by influence to drive strategy and execution.
Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire marketers and leaders at all levels.

Secondment 6 months
If you are currently in a driving position with a fleet vehicle and this secondment does not require driving as an essential function of the position for12 months or longer you will be required to turn in your fleet vehicle for the duration of the nondriving secondment. Please refer to the Fleet Policy and Procedures document for more information.
There will be no change to your current work location.
Position is considered Flexible and colleagues are expected to comply with Log In For Your Day(LIFYD) requirements at site location (e.g. about 2.5 days a week in office).
