Position Profile:
Reporting to the Unit Leader the Client Administrator plays a key supporting role within the Accounting/Finance Department contributing to the efficient operation of client billing financing and account receivables. This position is responsible for assisting with a variety of financerelated tasks ensuring accuracy timeliness and a high level of client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with preparation review and distribution of client invoices and billing statements
  • Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable (A/R) to ensure timely collections
  • Support policy and payroll analysis by compiling data identifying discrepancies and providing reports as needed
  • Coordinate premium billing and process client payments accurately
  • Assist with client financing arrangements including documentation and payment tracking
  • Maintain uptodate records in accordance with internal controls and compliance standards
  • Liaise with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing or payment issues promptly
  • Support monthend and yearend financial processes as needed
  • Perform a variety of policy premium payroll finance profitability AR AP and loss analysis

Qualifications:
  • Postsecondary education in accounting finance or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 13 years of experience in a finance or accounting role preferably in a clientfacing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Possesses a passion to help team members
  • Ability to enthusiastically support and promote
  • Must maintain client confidentiality; demonstrate integrity and code of ethics
  • Accountable adaptable and flexible
  • Attention to detail & ability to multitask
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of team orientation; strong interpersonal communication skills
