Client Training Specialist

What does a great Training Specialist do at Fiserv
As a Training Specialist at Fiserv you will play a crucial role in providing training to our clients on the functionality of our financial industry software. Your mission is to engage and nurture clients ensuring an optimal learning experience while transferring and retaining knowledge effectively. Your work directly contributes to our values of earning client trust every day and creating with purpose.

Responsibilities

  • Be a continuous learner to stay updated on network regulatory requirements and client guidelines
  • Monitor training systems to detect and address potential issues for client readiness
  • Proactively communicate with clients and training participants about upcoming training sessions
  • Deliver exceptional learning experiences using effective training and facilitation techniques to ensure successful knowledge transfer
  • Conduct training sessions both onsite and virtually
  • Provide recommendations to enhance training processes and documentation for continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate expertise in compliance and banking procedures to address client inquiries confidently
  • Respond to internal and external stakeholders regarding training system requirements and functionality
  • Accurately update client data in the internal LMS system to track user and participant information
  • Flexible travel up to 50% may be required

What You Will Need To Have

  • Associates degree or equivalent qualification
  • 3 years of experience in financial or adult education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Teams OneDrive SharePoint)
  • Passion for training and delivering exceptional client experiences

What Would Be Great To Have

  • Intermediate computer proficiency
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Skill in prioritizing workload effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in developing and delivering eLearning and instructorled training to adult learners
  • Familiarity with business software programs and curriculum design tools
  • Knowledge of Core Banking Platform/EFT Software
  • Flexibility to work varied hours aligning with department and client needs
  • Financial industry experience particularly in Loan Servicing Deposit Branch and Back Office operations/service Business Intelligence and Technical Operations
