Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Estate Planning Paralegal to join our awardwinning Private Client & Trusts practice. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting attorneys with sophisticated estate planning matters including the preparation of wills trusts and related documents for highnetworth individuals and is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated legal professional who thrives in a fastpaced clientcentric environment and is eager to contribute to one of the most respected estate planning practices in the region.
Key Responsibilities
  • Draft estate planning documents including wills revocable and irrevocable trusts powers of attorney and health care directives.
  • Prepare and file documents related to trust funding and asset transfers.
  • Assist attorneys in the organization administration and maintenance of estate and trust planning files.
  • Conduct legal research and compile relevant estate and tax law updates.
  • Coordinate with financial advisors CPAs and clients to obtain necessary documentation and information.
  • Maintain accurate and timely tracking of deadlines and deliverables.
  • Prepare clientready drafts and maintain version control across documentation.
  • Manage trust and estate administration matters including preparing inventories accounting and probate court filings when required.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion with client information.
