Job Description
With the goal of growing our overall residential property management portfolio this role has achievable goals and is fully supported by our experienced BDM coach who will provide the tools and strategies needed to succeed.

The Role
- Carrying out the prospecting activities follow up of warm leads from our successful Project and Residential Sales department as well as connect and liaise with existing clients/landlords
- Adhere to set KPIs on a weekly basis
- Attend weekly BDM strategy meetings
- Complete reports on all Business Development activities on a weekly basis
- Carry out marketing presentations to prospective landlords and investors
- Provide clear accurate and on brand rental appraisals
- Coordinate and overlook the on time and within budget delivery of the rentals marketing campaigns
- Transition new managements to the allocated Property Manager
The ideal candidate will have;
- A minimum 12 months Property Management experience
- Experience working toward metrics and exceeding targets
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Have a Licence in Real Estate and up to date with CPD points
