Core Mission: You will be the driving force behind our most ambitious launches orchestrating the intricate dance between innovation speed and execution. As the strategic lynchpin connecting our Global Engineering Services (GES) Tech and Operations teams you will shape the blueprint for operational excellence across our expanding network of external fulfillment 3PLs. Your mission: transform traditional launch processes into streamlined industry leading operations that set new industry benchmarks.

A day in the life
A Day Disrupting the Status Quo:
Orchestrate highstakes launches that redefine operational possibilities
Lead crossfunctional teams in pushing the boundaries of whats possible
Deep dive into complex challenges to uncover gamechanging opportunities
Drive innovations that will become tomorrows industry standards
Champion transformation across multiple sites and stakeholder groups
Travel to the frontlines (50%) where the future is being built


Bachelors degree or equivalent certification in (Industrial/Mechanical) Engineering Operations Business Administration or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint and MS Project
Strong data analysis skills Ability to produce interpret and draw conclusions from data
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels
Theoretical and practical knowledge of Lean techniques such as Kaizen or Six Sigma
Technical expertise Solutiondriven approach to systems & processes


Proven operations leadership experience in a similar fastpaced process driven manufacturing production or distribution/logistics environment
Sound business judgment proven ability to influence others and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
Past experience or study of startup operations and/or 3PL environments
Team player who can facilitate successful project work operating to deadlines
Experience with analytical tools such as data warehouse tables: SQL / Visual Basic / Power BI
Masters degree in (Industrial/Mechanical) Engineering Operations Business Administration
