The Opportunity:
Are you ready to elevate your career to the next level Were seeking an Engineering Delivery Lead who will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of technical initiatives and continuous improvement across software engineering squads.
- Lead endtoend software delivery ensuring timely and highquality execution through the software development lifecycle.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and champion best practices to support effective planning and execution.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers Product Owners and Project Managers to establish priorities and manage delivery plans.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through structured updates and reporting tools (e.g. RAID logs).
- Monitor delivery health track team velocity and address risks or blockers proactively.
- Promote continuous learning agile thinking and collaboration while ensuring adherence to governance and compliance frameworks.

About you:
- 3 years of experience in software delivery roles managing agile delivery and release cycles across crossfunctional teams.
- Facilitate agile delivery using handson experience with SDLC processes and Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban).
- Utilise modern tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Azure DevOps) to manage and track progress ensuring teams meet goals.
- Coordinate and support the delivery process with strong organizational and facilitation skills to keep teams focused and aligned.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing clear updates and ensuring alignment
- Foster a culture of continuous learning mentoring teams and embedding an agile mindset to improve performance.
