The Role

AsHead of Sales youll build and lead a bestinclass sales function that spans every Source division. This is a newly created strategic leadership role where youll:

  • Design and implement a unified sales strategythat supports Sources overall growth vision while tailoring approach to the unique strengths and audiences of each division.
  • Coach support and lead a team of 4 Sales Managersto enhance sales capability bring in new opportunities and nurture longterm client relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership and client teamsto identify new markets uncover client needs and design solutions that align with Sources humanfirst valueled approach.
  • Embed scalable systems and processesto support consistent pipeline management account growth and reporting across divisions.
  • Lead from the front whether its working on key deals meeting with clients or presenting to new prospects youll be handson and impactful.

This role blends strategy and execution team building and clientfacing work data and relationships all underpinned by the belief that great sales come from great conversations and real value creation.

  • Confidence in working across disciplines whether its law HR governance or risk and translating complex ideas into clear compelling solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability toinspire and develop highperforming teams.
  • A systems mindset you understand that good sales outcomes require good processes good communication and good habits.
  • Emotional intelligence commercial acumen and a collaborative spirit.
