Job Description
DyFlex is an established SAP Platinum Partner with offices across Australia. We are recognised as a leader in our area of SAP expertise. We deliver fitforpurpose SAP solutions and our services range from greenfield and brownfield implementations and change management to ongoing AMS services and support.
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager for a 6month contract with one of our key customers based onsite in the Sydney CBD.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful execution and delivery in a hypercare environment applying your proven project management experience in a dynamic environment.
You will contribute to the customers business strategy and direction ensuring that objectives and business goals are met. You bring a wealth of experience in successfully delivering IT projects in an SME environment and have conducted endtoend delivery with a team of consultants.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- To project manage the execution of a Public Cloud SAP project including project planning tracking and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed on schedule and within budget
- Prepare and monitor installation schedules and timelines resulting in ontime and onbudget delivery to our customer
- Manage interact with and if necessary direct all relevant project consultants to ensure all customer expectations and agreed deliverables are met
- Manage the processes associated with an effective and functional document control system including but not limited to project management handover administration documentation customer support and project closures
- Facilitate regular aggregated internal project progress reporting
- Liaise and negotiate with all relevant BPOs of our customer regarding contractual requirements
- Communicate clearly and professionally and demonstrate the ability to work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in project management ideally with a minimum of ten years in the delivery of mediumscale complex IT projects
- SAP experience required ideally in the public cloud environment
- Demonstrated experience managing projects performing project planning tracking and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed on schedule and within budget
- Experience working with productivity and methodology tools that increase project efficiency and effectiveness
- Exemplary communication time management analytical and problemsolving skills to interact with all relevant stakeholders on a technical and nontechnical level to build successful relationships
- Good human relations and leadership skills to train guide motivate and mentor the work of project personnel
