Description

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative assistance to the Finance and Accounting teams at PMCs Brentwood office. Support the financial operations of the organization by maintaining accurate financial records preparing reports and assisting our CFO directly with special projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and answer phone calls and connecting them with the appropriate person.
  • Oversee and maintain proper office access
  • Assist accounting with the preparation of financialreports statement and analysis
  • Distributes mail timely to the appropriate departments.
  • Distributes voicemails left in the general mailbox to the appropriate department/manager.
  • Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
  • Liaise with vendors clients and internal departments regarding financial issues
  • Assist the CFO and other members of the accounting team with special projects
  • Help plan and facilitate office gatherings
  • Assist as needed with booking travel
  • General administrative duties include package handling and mailing mail distribution faxing copying etc.
  • Ensure reception and public areas are kept clean and presentable
  • Order office supplied prepare mail/packages and water plants.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Must be selfmotivated fast learner with a high attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills able to enhance all types of relationships with diverse personalities tactful and flexible

Requirements and Experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook PowerPoint Word and Excel)
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 12 year minimum previous experience in administrative role. Related customer service/hospitality/human resources/recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong team building skills and ability to motivate others
  • Teamplayer mindset and willingness to collaborate
  • Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary
  • Valid instate drivers license with a clean driving record Ability to pass PMCs background check and drug screening requirements
  • Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes
  • Happily work in our Nashville Corporate Office
