Boutique Corporate Law Firm
- Smart low ego and collaborative group (12 people)
- Downtown Tampa (you will have a designated indoor parking space)

Legal Assistant role & responsibilities include:
- Supporting two partners with heavy caseloads.
- This role demands strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach.
- Understand the Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Engage and interact with Clients and the Courts.
- Filing and Serving legal documents to: Courts State and Federal agencies and internally.
- Collaborate with other support team members including Paralegals and Admin.
- Discovery Shells Proof reading New Matters/Contacts creation in Zola.
- Embracing AI (CoCounsel).
Skills & Experience:
- Professionalism is critical
- Driven and detailoriented
- Legal experience including
- Understand the Rules of Civil Procedure
- Experience interacting with clients and the court
- Familiar with filing and serving legal documents
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Stable job history
