These roles proactively collaborate with business partner company wide to develop components systems technologies and machine that meet our critical customer and business requirements. In addition lead a portfolio of projects ensuring velocity quality and cost commitments are met.

NPI/NTI/current production leadership experience.

  • Product Development: Extensive experience in developing products systems and applications for various customers.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in Engine Installation & Cooling systems application and technical strategy execution.
  • Machine Test Practices: Knowledgeable in machine testing and integrating tests with design and analysis efforts.
  • Operational Experience: Skilled in safety environmental maintenance and capital project planning.
  • Business/Finance Acumen: Strong administration research and development strategy and program management experience with managing budget.

Engine Installation and Cooling Design

  • EndtoEnd Responsibility: Oversee engine installation & Cooling across all platforms.
  • Design and Integration: Expertise in engine installation & Cooling design engine design machine integration design and manufacturing/assembly.

Machine Architecture and Performance

  • Architecture Design: Design machine architecture to meet Perf/XE and GC requirements.
  • Performance Requirements: Define and validate machine performance metrics.

Analysis and Modelling

  • VPD Analysis: Conduct Value Proposition Design analysis.
  • BIQ and APQP: Implement BuiltIn Quality and Advanced Product Quality Planning principles.
  • Cost Modelling: Develop cost and shouldcost models.

Facility and Supplier Visits

  • Facility Visits: Visit current machine facilities to enhance acumen and awareness of component assembly.
  • Supplier Visits: Engage with suppliers to assess capabilities and quality.

Field Follow Visits

  • Customer Site Visits: Participate in field follow visits to observe machine applications and gather customer feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent with 10 years of experience

Product Design and Development: Knowledge of product features; ability to design build and develop a new product technology or service from concept through to production.
