Job Description
- Lead Tool Development & Data Platform Engineering
- 6 years of experience in data analytics data engineering or internal tool development roles
- Strong handson coder with a track record of independently developing and scaling internal platforms/tools
- Able to balance shortterm deliverables with longterm architectural thinking
- Lead the architecture and development of internal tools dashboards and microplatforms using Python Streamlit and opensource frameworks
- Demonstrated experience integrating ML/AI models into realworld tools and systems
- Passionate about automation optimization and empowering teamswith custom tech solutions
- Experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering from nontechnical users
