Job Description
Position Title: Senior Product Owner / Head of Product Quality & Value
Reports to: Founder
Type: FullTime Remote
The Mission
You will be the guardian of product value ensuring every release improves the users emotional experience every feature feels intuitive and delightful and every version of Wisdom and Boom gets closer to what our users didnt know they needed.
Youll live in the product daily lead feature ideation validate design with real users run deep quality checks and define what highquality emotionally intelligent software truly means.
Responsibilities
1. Product Ownership (EndtoEnd)
Own feature ideation testing rollout and iteration
Align product roadmap with user pain points and emotional use cases
Define clear success metrics (value not vanity) for each release
2. Quality Assurance That Cares About Feelings
Personally test each product build with emotional & UX intuition
Catch bugs awkward flows dead ends and prioritize what actually impacts users
Collaborate closely with dev/design to push polish delight and finish
3. User Insight & Value Creation
Run continuous user research: behavior analysis microfeedback emotional signals
Build value reports what users love ignore or struggle with
Shape features around what increases transformation saves time or reduces pain
4. Feature & Experience Strategy
Prioritize features based on value creation (not complexity)
Use a living feedback loop: prototype test learn iterate
Maintain a product board that blends emotion impact
5. Team Sync & Communication
Write clear specs that respect simplicity design and empathy
Lead crossfunctional alignment: founders engineers designers marketing
Share weekly product pulses: whats working whats broken whats next

Youve shipped meaningful products from 0 to 1 and 1 to love
You think in value emotion and quality before volume complexity or MVP checklists
You live inside user experience clicking feeling observing everything
You understand both product intuition and user psychology
You love clean emotionally resonant UX and loathe meh software
Required Experience
35 years as a Product Owner Product Manager or UXobsessed founder/operator
Experience managing full product cycles from idea to retention loops
Background in B2C AI tools video/audio products or mental health/emotional tech a big plus
Tools: Figma Notion Jira Mixpanel Loom Slack Miro user research tools
Experience writing product specs user stories and prioritizing dev/design work
Bonus Points
Deep understanding of emotional intelligence or relational dynamics (especially for Wisdom)
Experience building async collaboration tools or creatorfocused platforms (for Boom)
Youve worked with emotional AI or studied behavior cognition therapy or interaction design
