The Role What Youll Be Doing
As a Management Accountant youll play a vital role in delivering accurate financial reporting and insight for our newly acquired businesses. This is a full endtoend position where youll get under the skin of our operations and contribute directly to decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of monthly management accounts and board reporting
- Variance analysis forecasting and contractlevel performance insights
- Balance sheet reconciliations and weekly cashflow forecasting
- Support statutory audits and contribute to consolidated group accounts
- Help implement financial controls and drive process improvements
- Work closely with our Finance Systems team on Dynamics 365 rollouts
- Partner with crossfunctional leaders across operations commercial and group finance
What Were Looking For:
- Partqualified or fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Proven experience delivering management accounts
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced highgrowth environment
- Strong communicator with the confidence to challenge and advise stakeholders
- Proactive and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset
