Job Description

Job Title: Client Partner BFSI
Location: Louis MO
Setting: Hybrid (3 days per week)

As a Client Partner you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the payments banking and financial services sectors. You will develop and maintain strong client relationships understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow key accounts within the payments banking and financial services sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Lead account planning and strategy sessions to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
8-10 years of experience in account management with a focus on payments banking and financial services.
Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the BFS industry (card processing cross border payments core banking and payment gateway).
