Job Description
At Peak Consulting were building a content engine to match the shift in how finance leadership works today. Our approach is built on a tripletrack content strategy:
- A Circle. so platform for toptier fractional CFOs to learn connect and grow
- A Beehiiv newsletter for startup CEOs seeking smart financial leadership
- A LinkedIn ecosystem across the founder (Leigh) the Peak brand and our CFO network
To keep these channels in sync sharp and engaging were looking for someone who can coordinate create and schedule content and help us run a smooth machine behind the scenes. (Knowing how to leverage AI for this is a )
Tasks
- Prepare and manage posts for our Beehiv newsletter and Circle. so community
- Design visuals using Canva (based on templates and brand identity)
- Draft or adapt LinkedIn content for: The Peak Consulting page Our founders account and Profiles of CFOs in our network
- Coordinate reviews with stakeholders before scheduling
- Use tools like Buffer or LinkedIn to plan and publish content
- Tailor tone and content across two core audiences: CEOs and fractional CFOs
Requirements
You could be either:
- A freelancer who already works with clients on content coordination and brand presence
- or a working student in Communications Marketing Media Business or similar (eligible for ERASMUS)
Either way you should be:
Fluent in German & English
A strong communicator with a sense of clarity and tone
Organized and reliable with deadlines
Familiar with tools like Canva Buffer Beehiv Circle. so or quick to learn
Confident in leveraging AI tools
Confident managing feedback and coordinating publishing logistics
