Job Description
Position: SAFe Scrum Master
Location: hybrid in Charlotte NC
Duration: 6 months
Visa:gc or citizen
Need locals only
What Youll Be Doing:
Guide and coach Scrum Teams on SAFe Agile principles and practices.
Support the organizations SAFe Agile journey through training mentoring and coaching.
Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.
Remove team impediments and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure consistent adherence to SAFe Agile principles across all teams.
Work in partnership with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to align best practices across teams.
Monitor team performance using key metrics and reporting insights.
Foster a collaborative transparent environment across teams and stakeholders.
Set up Azure DevOps (ADO) boards dashboards and reporting mechanisms.

What Youll Need to Have:
3 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Strong experience with SAFe Agile methodology.
Proven success in leading SAFe Agile transformations within organizations.
Excellent communication facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
Experience working with crossfunctional technical teams.
Proficiency in configuring and managing Microsoft Azure DevOps.
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent is a plus.
Strong experience with SAFe Agile methodology.
Proven success in leading SAFe Agile transformations within organizations.
Excellent communication facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
