Position Overview:

The Training Administrator at PrefTech will be responsible for assisting with the planning coordination and administration of employee training programs. This role will also support the creation and growth of a new training academy and additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required. The ideal candidate will manage logistics maintain training records coordinate with trainers and participants and ensure all training activities run smoothly and efficiently. This includes but is not limited to the following functions:
Coordinate with HR on onboarding training logistics and ensure new hires are enrolled in required programs.
Work closely with internal Trainers and external training vendors to coordinate training activities.
Order equipment and supplies needed for training.
Handle registration enrollment travel schedules and communication with participants.
Handle scheduling of classrooms and trainers.
Assist in the development and distribution of training materials (manuals guides presentations).
Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and any other training competency or certificationrelated systems.
Support the implementation of elearning modules and blended learning strategies.
Upload the training & competency evidence into the LMS.
Monitor and analyze training data within Power BI to identify trends measure program effectiveness and collect participant feedback.
Actively conduct training needs analysis and reconcile gaps on a continuous basis including forecast of the near expiry

training activities.
Work closely with departments to create the training and competency roadmaps and assign them within the LMS.
Closely communicate with all departments and locations about training and competency status and activities.
Conduct training effectiveness surveys and assessments.
Track and reconcile training costs and support the department budget management.
Consult employees on development plans and suggest development solutions.


Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree
Minimum 35 years experience with LMS platforms and digital training tools.
Ability to work independently with multiple people at many levels and work as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple requests from various avenues and the ability to

change direction in response to fluctuating circumstances.
Strong data management and reporting skills especially in Excel or BI tools.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel PowerPoint Word)
Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to manage responsibilities independently and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision while delivering highquality results.
Customerservice orientation and ability to manage deadlines.

Work Hours:

Hybrid role. Our office hours are from Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some events may fall outside of these days/hours.
