The Behavior Intervention Facilitator is responsible for designing implementing and supporting comprehensive behavior support and socialemotional learning (SEL) programs across all tiers.1. Develop implement and evaluate targeted behavior intervention plans and SEL programs to support positive student outcomes and enhance academic performance.2. Collaborate with building leadership school psychologists and school counselors to coordinate Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).3. Provide professional development and ongoing support to staff and interventionists on SEL standards instruction assessment and effective behavior management strategies.4. Deliver individualized and groupbased interventions to students exhibiting substantial behavioral and emotional needs facilitating successful transitions to the middle school setting.5. Utilize datadriven decisionmaking to monitor and adjust interventions ensuring alignment with MTSS frameworks.6. Assist in the design and implementation of a behavior support framework that emphasizes proactive and responsive strategies to foster student engagement inclusion and academic success.7. Support classroom and schoolwide behavior management initiatives including the development of positive reinforcement systems preventive strategies and restorative justice practices. 8. Serve as a resource for teachers and staff by providing guidance on differentiation inclusive practices and culturally responsive teaching to meet the diverse needs of students.
