Were currently seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join our Land Rover team and contribute to our continued success.
Job Overview
As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all finance and insurance (F&I) operations within our Land Rover division. You will work closely with the sales team to provide customers with financing and warranty options tailored to their needs while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and lender guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Present finance and insurance programs to customers in a transparent and professional manner.
Secure financing through a variety of lenders to meet customer needs.
Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and manufacturers.
Process and finalize all vehicle paperwork accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with federal state and local laws (e.g. Truth in Lending Privacy Fair Credit Reporting).
Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive profitability.
Offer aftermarket products such as extended warranties protection packages etc.
Monitor and manage department performance metrics including PVR penetration rates and product sales.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in an automotive dealership (luxury brand experience preferred).
Strong understanding of automotive financing contracts and compliance regulations.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
High ethical standards and attention to detail.
Familiarity with dealership software (e.g. CDK Reynolds & Reynolds RouteOne Dealertrack). We used Reynolds and Reynolds Docupad.
Ability to work in a fastpaced customerfocused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with luxury automotive brands preferably Land Rover.
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
